How should I use the "R/R Ratio" (Risk/Reward)?

Modified on Wed, 18 Feb at 10:07 PM

The Risk/Reward ratio tells you how much you are risking to make a certain amount of profit. For example, a 1:2 ratio means for every ₹1,000 you risk, the strategy aims to make ₹2,000. This helps you understand if the strategy's "wins" are large enough to cover its "losses".
